Cancellation & Returns

Cancellation  Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. If you need to cancel your flower order, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

For same-day orders, we cannot accept cancellations as the order has already been processed and prepared. For pre-scheduled orders, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations. If you cancel your order within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup time, you will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

We also understand that emergencies happen, and we will do our best to work with you in the event of unforeseen circumstances that require a last-minute cancellation. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order due to an emergency.

Return & Exchange Policy

At our flower shop, we take great care in creating beautiful and fresh floral arrangements for our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any floral arrangement purchases. We take pride in the quality of our work and stand behind the products that we offer. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, and we will do our best to resolve any concerns. In the event that there was an error or mistake on our part, we will work with you to find a suitable solution. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in our policy, and we thank you for choosing our flower shop for your floral needs.
